This prototype will allow users that open the job board app to search and apply to or refer an open job listing.

I conducted meetings with HR managers and stakeholders to find out company goals for the project. I created maps and personas to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs. The primary user group are jobseekers.

Research helped determine needs of users in the designs.

Craig is working family man, who needs extra money and get his friend a job, but he doesn’t have a way to do both; so he needs an app that lets him refer his friend to a job and make money.

Starting Design

Sketches

These sketches were meant to be quick design layouts to show to stakeholders to decide on a design that works best for the company's image and works best for development teams.

These are different designs for that give off a the feeling of professionalism, carefreeness, and futurism. Stakeholders and I decide to continue with a simple and professional design.

Wireframes

These are low fidelity wireframes that have been refined from previously chosen sketched designs.

Through internal testing it was found that this basic version was that these wireframes and the prototype created with them good so the basic design will be used for the mockups and high fidelity prototypes.
